Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict/inhibit the use of, this Website by any third party.

Product Information & Legal Metrology Compliance

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in packaging, color, or design may occur due to ongoing product improvements.
  • All pre-packaged products sold by us display, in accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011: the name and address of the manufacturer/packer/importer, common/generic name of the commodity, net quantity, month & year of manufacture/import, Maximum Retail Price (MRP) inclusive of all taxes, and customer care contact details, either on the product packaging or accompanying documentation.
  • In case of any discrepancy between the MRP/declaration on the product and the Website, the declaration printed on the product packaging shall prevail.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, orders already placed and confirmed will be honored at the price charged at the time of order confirmation.

Orders & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-serviceability of the delivery location. In such cases, a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be initiated to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to the Vansh Homes logo, product images, descriptions, graphics, and text — is the property of Vansh Homes Appliances Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure the safety and quality of every product, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our products shall be limited to the value of the product purchased, except where mandated otherwise by applicable law (e.g., the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
