All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days from the date the order is placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the courier partner's serviceability, and typically range between 3–8 business days after dispatch. Delays due to weather, regional restrictions, courier logistics, or force majeure events are beyond our control, though we will keep you updated.
We currently ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after order placement.
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link/ID sent to your registered email or phone number, or from the "Orders" section of your account.
If a package appears tampered, damaged, or broken at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment, or record an unboxing video immediately upon acceptance and report it to ecommerce@vanshindustries.in within 24 hours of delivery, so we can process it under our Return & Exchange Policy.
